The American Red Cross of Northern Utah is an independent, non-profit organization that relies on the generosity of the American people for its financial support. We are not a government agency; voluntary contributions are the key to our ability to respond when help can't wait. The percentage of income Red Cross spends on direct services consistently ranks it among the nation's most well-managed non-profit organizations, according to the Better Business Bureau, which tracks the performance of non-governmental organizations.
