Helping Those At Risk The American Red Cross of Northern Utah offers utility assistance to those local residents at risk of losing utility service in their homes. Dedicated volunteers provide these people with extensive casework, emotional support and much needed resource referral to other agencies. This past year, caseworkers maintained utilities in 1,370 homes. The 2,913 people assisted included elderly, disabled, and children. Your local chapter disbursed $238,298 in utility assistance.
