In fiscal year 2006:
Provided “Together, We Prepare” education to 396 adults and children. This program promotes training, knowledge and life-saving incentives for our community, teaching families to protect themselves before an emergency occurs.
Adequate preparedness is accomplished through the 5 action steps of making a plan, building a kit, getting trained, volunteering and giving blood.
Gave HIV/AIDS educational seminars to 479 people.

Trained 21,768 students with lifesaving skills in CPR and first aid.
Taught water safety courses to 7,602 adults and children.
Certified 459 students in babysitting skills, care giving skills and other Health and Safety education.
