Dear Friend of the Red Cross,
Thank you for supporting your local Red Cross by participating in Dining for Disaster, a time when restaurants throughout Box Elder, Morgan, North Davis and Weber counties agree to donate a portion of their proceeds to the American Red Cross of Northern Utah for disaster relief.
The American Red Cross of Northern Utah agrees to provide publicity through local media, emails, flyers, and our website. The Red Cross will not solicit restaurant patrons.
PARTY RESPONSIBILITIES & TERMS
A donation percentage of revenues for March 25, 2008.
Payment Terms: The establishment agrees to contribute revenues for this event at 10% of the day’s sales. Establishment agrees to provide this contribution to the American Red Cross of Northern Utah on or before April 1, 2008. Donations are deductible for computing income and estate taxes to the full extent allowed by law. Please consult your company’s tax attorney. The American Red Cross is a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Indemnification: The establishment hereby agrees to indemnify and hold the American Red Cross harmless from any claim or suit attributable to or arising out of the company’s acts or omissions.
A check for Dining for Disaster should be made payable to American Red Cross of Northern Utah. Please mail to: 2955 Harrison Boulevard, Ste 204, Ogden, Utah 84403. Proceeds will be dedicated for local disaster relief, only. Thank you for supporting your local Red Cross.
